Refund policy
At Virtura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
To initiate a return, please contact us at virtura.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at virtura.shop@gmail.com.
