Shipping policy

At Virtura, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 5–7 days of purchase. Custom orders may need a few extra days.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 1.5 to 2 weeks depending on your destination, so expect about 2–3 weeks in total from order to delivery. An estimated delivery date is shown on every product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Customs & duties

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. They are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video and we will send you a free replacement.

Lost parcel

If there is no tracking update for 15 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your parcel. If it has not been found 5 days later, we will send you a new one free of charge.
